In Nigeria, fraudsters know they can always have their way with the Police due to corruption in the system. You will be amazed with the number of unsolved fraud cases pending with the Nigeria Police Authority, some not acted on deliberately due to various unknown reasons. This situation is terrifying and have encouraged the increase in fraud.
