On Friday she dedicated a post to which she titled: ‘Currently.’ When listing what she is ‘loving’ right now, she wrote: ‘My husband.’ Then she added that she ‘hated’ that people don’t get that Kanye ‘will stand up against the whole world for his creativity and art.’ Then said she was listening to the song I Love Kanye and was wearing ‘Yeezy Season 3 samples she took from the show. Follow @NigeriaPI Early January 2016, the rumour mill was agog with the news that Nollywood star actress Funke Akindele and UK-based Nigerian singer and producer, Abdul Rasheed Bello popularly known as JJC Skillz were dating. According to reports, smitten Funke have practically moved in to JJC’s Prime Water Garden home in Ikate, Lekki, Lagos as his live-in-lover, after spending more time with the musician in his London base. But while romance rumours continue to swirl, both Funke and JJC kept their lips sealed. However, friends close to the duo tactically confirmed that two are in love but have decided to make it a very private affair. Days ago, JJC was rumoured to have proposed to the actress renowned for her stellar role in Jenifa. In between the whispers of romance, the two have been seen working together on different projects. Follow @NigeriaPI An Assistant Director with Nigerian Maritime Safety and Administration Agency, NIMASA, Mrs. Olamide Odusanya, made a startling revelation Thursday before a Lagos Federal High Court, of how the immediate past Director-General of the agency, Dr. Patrick Ziakede Akpobolokemi operated two banks accounts which they used in transferring about N2.5 billion, without the approval of the Accountant-Genaral of the Federation, (AGF). Odusanya, an Assistant Director of International Finance Services Department of the agency, was the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, ninth prosecution witness to testify in the on going trial of Akpobolokemi and six other accused persons. Akpobolokemi was arraigned before the court by EFCC alongside six others, on 22 counts bordering on allegations of conversion and theft to the tune of N2.6 billion. Other accused persons are: Captain Ezekiel Agaba, Ekene Nwakuche, Governor Juan, and three companies, namely Blockz and Stonz Limited, Kenzo Logistics Limited and Al-Kenzo Logistic Limited. When the trial resumed Thursday, Odusanya, while being led in evidence by the prosecutor, Mr. Rotimi Oyedepo, told the court that the said money was expended on the International Shipping and Ports Security code ISPS. She further told the court that before the agency spends any money on the ISPS code, approval is usually obtained from the presidency through the office of National Security Adviser, NSA, and that there was a committee for the ISPS which the second accused person, Captain Bala Agaba was the chairman. She said before drawing any money from NIMASA’s account to ISPS’s account, such drawing must get the approval of first accused person, Akpobolokemi, who was the agency’s accounting officer....
